Development Review Committee (DRC)

The DRC hosts Pre-Development meetings to give potential developers the opportunity to discuss a project with various department representatives. The meetings are held on Wednesdays either in-person or virtually.

Planning & Zoning staff coordinate and schedule the Pre-Development Meetings based on requests submitted by developers. Demand for these meetings depends on developer interest and the potential for new development projects. Meetings may not be scheduled during the month they're requested.
