Different Animals Impounded in the past year

The Gene Carey Animal Shelter and Adoption Center encounter many different kinds of animals in their day to day work. 

Impounded animals include all stray, escaped, or surrendered animals held at the animal shelter within the last 365 days.

While the majority are cats and dogs, many other pets and wildlife are brought into the shelter as well.
