City Employee Turnover Rate

Over the last 365 days, the turnover rate calculated by comparing the number of terminations to the number of authorized employees at the beginning of the fiscal year.

City Employee Turnover Rate (Non-Retirement)

Over the last 365 days, the turnover rate calculated by comparing the number of terminations (not counting retirements) to the number of authorized employees at the beginning of the year.

This metric looks at the terminations (not including retirement) of the past rolling 365 days in relation to the total number of full time employees from the beginning of the current fiscal year.
